THE CHALLENGE

FORA needed a focused sales deck system that aligned with their new brand direction, something clean, confident, and tailored specifically to their sales team.

The goal was to create a version of their brand template that worked specifically for sales conversations with a tighter structure, fewer distractions, and layouts designed specifically for the sales team.

With over 60 brochures to deliver, the system also had to be efficient, easy to customise, and consistent every time.

THE SOLUTION

Rebuilt from the ground up

Instead of retrofitting the wider brand template, a new master system was built to be tailored to the structure, flow, and content the sales team actually used.

Designed for scale and speed

Over 60 brochures were built using the system, each customised to a specific site so the sales team could hit the ground running. The design allowed for fast updates while keeping the brand feel consistent across every location.

Delivered in close collaboration with FORA’s creative and marketing teams to ensure the final output didn’t just look good, but worked with how their people sell.

RESULT

The success of the project led to several follow-on collaborations, including new templates for training, internal comms, and operational decks.
