THE CHALLENGE

The Gym Group’s annual internal conference was the moment to bring their new brand to life, revealing a refreshed look, campaign, and redesigned gym rollout to 500+ employees.

Held at Woburn Center Parcs, the 2+ hour event had multiple speakers, big ideas, and high expectations. The goal: keep energy high, make the story land, and turn the brand strategy into a shared experience.

THE SOLUTION

Narrative meets design

Slides were built around speaker scripts and supplied content, with design choices made to support flow, build emphasis, and break up long-form content for clarity.

Immersive, motion-led storytelling

Pacing was key. Smart use of animation and structure helped guide the audience, create rhythm, and maintain momentum across multiple speakers and sections.

On-site, in the room

The work didn’t stop at delivery. Rehearsal sit-ins, last-minute refinements, and direct collaboration with the AV team ensured the final deck ran perfectly on the day, giving presenters the confidence to focus on impact rather than tech.
