THE CHALLENGE
Yoto needed a presentation system for its new brand identity, built to work across three platforms. Google Slides as the primary tool, Keynote and PowerPoint for partners, investors and anyone outside Google Workspace.
The brand set a high bar for translation into slides. Bold headline type, product inspired holding shapes, and bold colour palette that needed to highlight Yoto's recognisable orange whilst still giving plenty of room to play with colour to avoid a monochromatic feel.
The system had to carry this through every layout, from title covers to data tables, and work for design confident teams and complete beginners alike, across Creative, Commercial, Product, Marketing, People and Finance.
Each platform handles fonts, shapes and masters differently. The challenge was building one brand experience across all three, rather than three separate attempts at the same idea.

THE SOLUTION
Built in PowerPoint first
The master template was built in PowerPoint first, to allow full control over masters and layout. Once tested and locked, it was rebuilt for Keynote and Google Slides, so all three versions share the same structure and styling.
A full slide library
Covers, dividers, content layouts, data slides, timelines, and closing slides, all built as proper layouts rather than one off slides. Style guides were included for embedding live charts so teams had the ability to choose data or design led in their slides.
Native style guides
Type levels, paragraph styles and the full colour palette are set up natively in each platform. A step by step how to guide covers layout switching, text levels and image swaps, so any team member can build a deck without breaking the brand.

RESULT
A presentation system that behaves the same way across PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides. Structured enough to keep every deck on brand, flexible enough for teams with no design background, and built to scale as the brand grows.
